I have lived a complete nightmare with this establishment. I wish Google reviews would allow zero stars. After owning my solar system for only 10 months. One of my 22 panels went out. All 22 panels are Solarever 365 W panels. Solarever, in their written agreement has an extensive warranty. A warranty to cover and replace a defaulted panel for up to 25 years. One of my diodes went out, faulting the entire panel. After emailing back and forth with various individuals that claim to be in management. Regina, Karen, and Alejandro have all given me the run-around since my very first email on March 30th 2022. The most recent email being from Alejandro. Telling me that they have now changed their warranty policy. A policy that conveniently started on August 10th 2023. Within this new policy. They will not replace my defective panel. Which I started my report email chain on March 30th 2022. So my panel should be still under the old warranty policy. I was told "it's important to clarify that these decisions have been established by the company to enhance our logistical processes. Given the specific classification of your case under the "End Customer" category, regrettably, we're unable to facilitate the shipping of a solar module even if you are willing to cover the entire shipping cost." The continuous disappointment of Solarever is down right wrong. When you have a warranty in writing when you purchase those specific panels. You should be able to honor that warranty for the panels under that timeframe. I even was willing to help with shipping costs since normally Solarever only ships on pallets of 20 or more panels. I only need one and was willing to pay for the shipping. And still Solarever will not help me nor care. After I had to continually prove it was defective to three different individuals in management. Again if it was up to me. Solarever would receive 0 stars. I hope others have had a better experience than I have had. It has been now 20 months and still today. I have the same defective panel that apparently had a 25 year written warranty. I feel like I was not taken seriously and Solarever never even tried to help me. I am surprised that companies like this stay in business. Again, I have lived a complete nightmare with this establishment
