About a year ago, we moved into our current residence, knowing that we wanted to install solar panels. After conducting extensive research into numerous solar installation companies, we managed to narrow our options down to three. The reviews and reputation of SolarGlow Energy were undeniable, hence we decided to contact them. We were assigned to an energy consultant named Francis who was extremely knowledgeable and transparent. He educated us about the entire process, including the planned location of the panels, and provided us with the necessary contracts. Francis was patient, informative, and impressive. Once we completed all the paperwork, we were informed that the installation would take place shortly. To our surprise, Carson, the Project Coordinator, called us ahead of schedule to ask if we were ready for the installation to commence. Ricky and his team arrived a few days later and managed to complete the installation by the end of the same day. This team was professional, amiable, and efficient. We were always kept well-informed about the next steps, which made the process smooth. Ricky also performed the initial inspection and patiently waited for the necessary regulatory inspection, which we passed without any issues. He even assisted us in setting up the app on our phone to monitor the panel data once the system was activated. Another team member ensured that all the necessary paperwork was forwarded for us to sign before the system could be switched on. Two weeks after the installation, we activated our solar system. We had excellent communication with everyone involved throughout the process. Every individual we interacted with was friendly, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. What's more, we feel confident knowing that they have our best interests at heart. We were informed that someone from SolarGlow Energy would initially monitor the panels to ensure everything was working correctly. We know we can reach out to them if we have any queries. Throughout the entire process, all of our calls were answered promptly. We give SolarGlow Energy and their entire staff a rating of 5+ stars. We are thrilled to have solar in our forever home!

Our 5 kW solar panel system setup was recently finalized by SolarGlow Energy. From the initial exposure to SolarGlow Energy during a seminar, to the finalization of the job, our experience was outstanding. Our 'Renewable Energy Consultant', Carson was incredibly informed and approachable. He oversaw the installation from beginning to end, providing regular updates and schedule information. Carson was also instrumental in providing answers to the numerous questions we had. Everyone involved was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with; the crew completed the installation in just a few days. All debris from the installation was promptly removed. The approval process for the installation was carried out with a minimum of fuss. Overall, it was a great experience.

I must acknowledge the excellent performance of the installers, Kaleb and Ricky. They did an exceptional job, ensuring I was kept in the loop throughout the project. As a piece of advice to fellow homeowners considering solar panel installation, always offer the workers fresh, iced water and possibly lunch. These professionals work tirelessly throughout the day to ensure the success of your project. It's disheartening to hear that not all homeowners extend this basic courtesy. The experience with SolarGlow Energy has been positive thus far, from the sales process to the installation. The office staff, particularly Ricky, was also exceptional. I'm thrilled that I decided to install solar panels on my rooftop. Initially, when I moved into my new double-story home in St. Petersburg, my power bills skyrocketed to over $400 per month, which was quite shocking considering I only had air conditioning and a swimming pool. I knew I had to take action to reduce these costs. So, I got in touch with ricky to understand more about solar panels and their costs. Although it was a bit perplexing in the beginning, my electricity bill has now been reduced to $25 per month, and my loan stands at $135. The total is now $160 during the spring and summer seasons. This is quite a change from my previous single-story house without air conditioning or a pool, where I was shelling out $179 for electricity. $160 is a figure that I'm comfortable with. I had to set up 29 panels to generate the amount of power required by my home. The electricity costs do rise in winter due to my gas furnace, but it balances out in the summer. ricky was instrumental during the installation process and, overall, I'm content with the results. I've attached a photo of the installed panels for reference. Now that more and more people are opting for solar panels, my house blends right in with the rest of the neighborhood.

let me begin with... dealing with my partner and me can be quite challenging when it comes to spending our hard-earned money. we put a lot of thought and research into our purchases, especially when it involves solar panels. after a year of diligent research, we chose to go with solarglow energy. our main contact was kaleb. during the pandemic, all our communications were conducted via email, text, and phone calls. kaleb patiently walked us through the process not once, but multiple times. when we started getting anxious and considered calling off the whole thing, he remained calm and understanding. he wasn't pushy or upset, instead, he asked about our concerns and patiently addressed them all (again). this put us at ease and we decided to proceed. in the middle of everything, we had to resume commuting and work life became hectic. oftentimes, we would forget to update each other on the day's progress and ended up texting kaleb late at night, early in the morning, and even on weekends. he never once seemed upset. if he was, we were none the wiser. the crew was amazing! we have neighbors who also had solar panels installed this year and complained about numerous construction issues. we experienced none of that. the crew was so efficient and meticulous, it was as if they were never there and we didn't have solar panels on our roof. they went above and beyond any solar companies we've seen in our area. update: even months after the job was done, kaleb is still answering any questions we have. he's an invaluable asset and we hope solarglow energy appreciates him as much as we do.
