A couple of years after the solar panel installation, we started noticing leaks on our roof where the panels were installed. This was a concern, but what truly amazed me was the company's response. They demonstrated true responsibility by promptly addressing the issue. This solar installer company worked hand in hand with a roofing company to evaluate the problem. It appeared that water was accumulating at the base of the panels, causing the leaks. The roofing company made the necessary modifications to ensure proper drainage and prevent further damage. What was noteworthy was that the solar installer company bore the costs associated with these modifications and repairs, showing a genuine commitment to standing behind their subcontractors' work. The team was absolutely fantastic to work with from the initiation to the wrap-up and even post-installation support. Jalen and Eric were remarkable, creating a custom design for my home based on my energy consumption, and their estimations were spot-on. They managed to slash my energy bill down to roughly $10!!! That's unbeatable. After seven months of utilizing the system, I can sincerely affirm that they deliver a genuine product. The solar system is exceptional, and they even installed a backup generator. They immediately got in touch and dispatched a service technician, Jalen, who successfully resolved the issue. Despite the initial communication hiccup, I'm now satisfied with their solar installation. I'm giving them a 4/5 star rating, the only drawback being the need for a more straightforward way to reach their customer service without having to resort to such measures. But overall, I am pleased with their solar installation service.

Their commitment to consumer satisfaction and their ability to exceed my expectations in every aspect was commendable. I visited their office unexpectedly, and Keith was there to discuss my solar options. The office, although compact, showcased a variety of top-quality, trending solar panels. I chose the LG360Q1K-V5 NeonR Prime Black panels paired with the Enphase IQ7+ inverters. I've always thought that solar panels could impact the aesthetics of a house, so I opted for sleek black panels without the typical grid pattern, while still considering maximum performance output. I managed to negotiate the rates but only slightly. In the end, even though I paid a premium, I felt that the investment was worth it. The team handled all the technical drawings, building permits, walk-throughs with the local authorities, connecting my panels to the grid and more. Jalen and Colin kept me updated every step of the way. A special mention goes to the installation team who worked tirelessly the day after Christmas to install our system. This team, consisting of Keith, Colin, Jalen, and Keith, did an excellent job; their professionalism and courtesy were commendable. Their high-quality work is evident in the photos attached - you'll see how they ensured a watertight seal, perfectly organized wiring, and perfectly aligned panels. But their exceptional service didn't stop there; after connecting us to the grid and finishing the job, Keith from the office sent follow-up emails to reassure us of their support should we encounter any issues. We can monitor our system and see exactly how much energy each panel is producing. If any issues arise, I am confident in their commitment to help. I would recommend this team without hesitation for your solar energy needs.

Sure, there were times when the installation date had to be rescheduled, but when the day arrived, the process was seamless and transparent. Following the inspection, a minor modification was required, which was carried out promptly and efficiently. Although it took a few days to clarify what I needed to do next, everything was eventually sorted out. Initially, I encountered a few hiccups getting the system up and running and arranging a welcome call. However, once these issues were addressed, the call proved to be both effective and enlightening. Overall, my experience with the solar installer was generally positive, and I am confident that their service would have been exceptional under normal circumstances, i.e., not during a period when everyone was rushing to install solar panels.
