SolarWorks Energy did an outstanding job, enabling my wife and me to equip our Hobe Sound home with solar power. We were initially unsure about opting for a relatively new and small-scale company, but their swift service, adaptability, prompt responses, and meticulous attention to detail convinced us that they were the perfect fit for us. In comparison to some larger, more established companies, it was clear that SolarWorks Energy was more invested in earning our business. While working with larger companies, we felt as though we were being pushed into a one-size-fits-all solution. But our experience with SolarWorks Energy was entirely different. Jude, who guided us through the entire process, was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to tailor everything to our preferences. We had the freedom to choose our panels and he even upgraded our inverter, making it possible for us to add more panels later. Jude's responses were always timely, and the period from signing the contract to the actual installation of the panels was impressively short. This speedy service, in comparison to other local companies, was a pleasant surprise, and we were thrilled to have our solar system operational so quickly. Even when we decided to add an extra panel just a week before the installation, they accommodated our request without hesitation. Admittedly, we did encounter a few minor bumps along the way, but SolarWorks Energy made sure to address and resolve each issue to our satisfaction. This demonstrated their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. We are extremely pleased with our solar system and would wholeheartedly recommend SolarWorks Energy to anyone considering solar power in the Hobe Sound area.

Five years ago, Trenton and his team installed my solar panels, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. Trenton was incredibly hands-on, ensuring excellent communication and service from the beginning to the end. The post-installation support offered by this solar installation company is truly exceptional. Just recently, I experienced an issue with my solar panels not functioning correctly. Without hesitation, I reached out to Trenton who promptly responded. He arranged for a technician to come out and address the problem, with multiple follow-up visits to ensure that everything was rectified. Trenton made it a point to check in and confirm that my solar system was back up and running smoothly. I've heard tales of other solar installation companies being difficult to reach or unresponsive after the initial installation process, but that certainly wasn't my experience here. Trenton's dedication to customer service is beyond excellent. It's evident that he values his clientele and takes immense pride in his work. My journey towards solar energy began quite a while ago, and I finally took the plunge in 2019. This decision was influenced by the last year of the 30 percent federal rebate and the decreasing cost of solar panels. I had explored various solar companies, but a friend recommended SolarWorks Energy, and I decided to give it a shot. My wife and I visited their facility and discussed our needs with Trenton, who showed us the Silfab solar panels, the Enphase IQ Series Microinverter, and other necessary accessories. If you have bird issues, I'd recommend a critter guard or bird mesh to prevent nesting under the panels. The primary factors that influenced my decision were cost-effectiveness, honesty, and a product that would give value for money. After examining the products and asking countless questions, we were ready to place our solar order with Trenton. I appreciate the lack of sales pitches during this process, as I had experienced with other companies. After the roof inspection and panel layout, the installation was completed swiftly. The team comprised of Hunter, Jude, and several in-house installers did an excellent job. We had 14 panels and microinverters installed, followed by the installation of the critter guard and inspection. Everything was connected to the grid and has been working perfectly since. My advice to anyone considering solar power is to do thorough research, understand product differences such as inverters, string, micro, etc., and don't hesitate to ask questions. Consider your future needs as well - for example, if you plan to buy an electric car, this will influence how many panels you need. And don't worry if you're a bit anxious about whether it will produce what you need - I was and still am a bit of a newbie, but SolarWorks Energy has been incredibly supportive. In conclusion, SolarWorks Energy is an excellent company, honest and reliable. I'm grateful for their assistance and support.

After consulting with multiple solar panel installation companies and feeling pressured to make immediate decisions, I was about ready to give up on the idea. However, my son suggested we try a local solar installer who had been serving the community for several years. We decided to take a chance and set up an appointment. Within a week, we met with Trenton from the solar installation company. It was such a relief as he listened to our needs and provided us with a clear explanation of what we required. Trenton did not pressure us into making any immediate decisions and gave us ample time to think it over. We found Trenton to be very polite, knowledgeable, and responsive. Whenever we had queries about adding components to our solar system, he was quick to respond. A month later, we decided to go ahead with the installation. Our solar system includes 74 solar panels capable of producing 450 Kilowatts per hour per panel, and six computerized boards with digital screens to monitor the power production.
