I bought solar panels for my home a few years back. The company representative that sold me the panels was Brian. He did an excellent job explaining everything to me in a calm detailed manner. Fast forward to today. I currently have a technical issue with my solar. Unfortunately I found myself playing phone tag with the panel provider’s technical staff. I turned to Brian, who no longer works for that company, but nonetheless has remained in contact with their staff. First I was surprised that Brian even remembered me, but even more he offered to contact someone from the company. In no time at all I was connected to a member of the technical staff and an electrician from the company will be coming out to resolve the problem. Way to go Brian.
