Grounds are full of dangerous hazards. Unkept and unaddressed by property management for years. They will raise your rent and still cut corners instead of improve the property. FPI Management only hires the cheapest contractors and people they can.

We lived there for less than a year. It was the best rental experience we had. We loved the landscape and we tried to walk around within the complex to enjoy the water fountains. It is close by to what we needed and it is very close to highway.
The apartment is in good shape, it is quite and nice and the only thing you can hear is the pleasant sound of water fountains that runs during the day.
The maintenance was responsive and they took care of us within 24 hour. Deborah (the manager) is the nicest manager you can imagine. You would be lucky if you can rent this place.

Best decision I have ever made for an apartment! The manager and groundskeeper here are amazing and helpful which is a nice breath of fresh air! They have definitely made my decision to stay so easy! The community is clean, quiet and well maintained including the gym, pool and bathroom/sauna area. My favorite part about living here is that I don't feel like I live right in town, but yet I am still so close to everything! Oh yes and for a one bedroom apt I couldn't ask for more! Everything had been updated before I moved in and for all the looking around I did, this one bedroom is definitely bigger than the rest for a great price!

If you like worrying about getting robbed each night, then look no further!! Homeless and thieves lurk nearly every night and steal everything and anything they can. This place does nothing for security! I had things stolen from my car twice, then my entire car was stolen! And a few weeks after my car being stolen, I found someone sitting and digging around in my new car after he already dug through the neighbors car, while I was getting ready to drive to work at 5:30am. And trust me, I was raised to have a very strong habit of locking my car and there was no way it could’ve been unlocked. My wife and I received 0 footage of anything even though it happened right upfront their office 2/3 times. We even asked them to send an email for the neighbors to be aware, but it seems like they have a reputation to uphold rather than aid the community and take care of their residence. Just a bunch of shoulder shrugs

My wife and I already moved out for about 2 weeks now, and turned in ALL of our keys to the office 10 days ago. I was never planning to leave any review, until I received a threatening phone call from the property manager today and was harassed for something I didn’t, couldn’t, or wouldn’t ever do. I have no idea what their intention was with that phone call. However, I don’t want anything to do with this place and I’d advise you do the same. A single star is rather generous for this place and their conniving management.

- Ps. The maintenance guy, Tom, is awesome. Five stars to him.

Living at Somersett Hills has been a wonderful experience from day one. The staff here are personable, professional and help residents connect as a community. We made friendships here quickly due to a fun and festive holiday gathering provided by Somersett Hills. The apartments are well maintained and all of our needs have been addressed promptly. The complex is quiet and nestled in a park-like setting and we are among many who enjoy our nightly walks because it is so pretty and safe here. We are happy to call Somersett Hills our home and would recommend living here to our family and friends.

Overall a nice small complex. Parking seems to be fine, management seems fairly nice but seems to pick and choose who to enforce certain policies with, seemingly based on age.
Alot of things are run down or broken but my two biggest beefs are #1. The fountain/brooke that is supposed to run through the whole complex but for whatever reason only runs through one part of the complex with a dry bed running the remainder of the property which we were told would be fixed shortly (now over a year ago) and the trees which we were sold the unit on the pretense of it being very private with trees covering our balcony blocking the windows from other units. Well now I wake up and several of the branches have been stripped completely removing any sort of privacy we were initially promised when moving in.
Besides that any maintenance that we have seen get done is from obviously very cheap contractors who left broken glass and nails all over the place. The price for the area isnt too bad and overall we enjoy how quiet it is but the maintenance issues alone are going to get this place in trouble some day.

While at first seeming like an awesome place to live, the faults began to appear only after signing a lease. The gurard would close the pool and sauna around 945 most nights instead of 10, and getting home from work at. 915, those extra. 15 minutes would help so much.

The tennis courts are haphazard, and the lights haven't worked since we have lived here. The gym is actually decent, and I like the fact that there are showers just across.

Most of the staff, with the exception of the complex manager were great to deal with, but we always ran into difficulties with Whitney. She would call us about last minute extra charges, she claimed we had a dog in the apartment and wanted to charge us 500$ for a deposit, and when we didn't sign up for a new lease eight away, instead of trying to get a hold of us, she told us rent was 1000$ and if we didn't pay the next day we were going to be evicted.

I've only been here 6 months but this is by the best complex I have ever lived in! The complex manager Debbie is just the sweetest thing. She made our application and move in process a breeze. Any time I have issues with my unit she sends out the maintenance man out in a timely manner, she has never hassled me on any of my issues. The grounds are well kept and there is ample parking. We haven't used the gym yet but it looks really nice. The pool was amazing in the summer. The neighbors here are very respectful and quiet. Absolutely love having a washer and dryer in my unit as well, the apartment is very spacious.
