My name is Mark, one of the owners of Tom's Family car Wash in Gilbert I went down to purchase some items from Benjamin Brunson he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with my purchases and I had nothing but a good experience with all the other employees. It was my first time visiting Sonny's in Phoenix, I left with very good feelings that I'm doing business with the right company. I feel he's a lead example of how I would like our facility to run and always felt that way, customer service is number one on my list.

Sonny’s response time is horrendous! Their POS software system is very unstable and unreliable. Lastly, and most importantly, the uptime of our Sonny’s equipment is only 75%, which is threatening to put my two locations out of business. Consider other equipment and service providers if you desire satisfied customers and hope to get a reasonable rate of return on your investment.

If you value your money do not buy from this place. No communication what so ever! Paid over 7k which was half the funds We owe. has been almost 3 years and still no equipment has come in. So I guess we will see them in court.
Definitely bad business.

I just put in a new 360+ machine. A very nice machine but horrible service. I can’t tell you how bad this company is and put us through absolute hell. There technicians, sales team and office do not communicate with each other creating major issues for us. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely HORRIBLE!
