I have very mixed feelings about even writing this review. I love that this program exists, but my experience fell very far short of what it should have been. I applied for rebates in 2023 relating to a $20k heat pump system installation. The rebates were supposed to be $3K. Now, it takes a little bit of time for an install to take place, and my rebate ended up being reduced to $1K because their program changed (which they do warn you about). However, they issued the check under the wrong name, so I couldn't cash it. They promised to send another and never did. So my project ended up being fully three thousand dollars more expensive than it should have been. That...hurt. I urge a lot of caution; do not rely heavily on receiving rebates.

And definitely check multiple times about information for things that are not written in their handouts. The staff is very very kind, but I ran into issues where folks there told me things that were later not upheld by the program management.

This place is a amazing. Not only are there static models displaying clean energy appliances but this place allows cooking demos for small parties, and community meeting spaces!

This a great place to get information on energy efficient appliances, cost, rebates, and who installs them. Hanna helped us out. She was super friendly and very well informed.
