My first time leaving a negative review but feel compelled to do so due to the stunning lack of customer service from Sottos. I ordered the Charity Water suitcase and received purchase confirmation. After which, I never received shipment notification. I tried several times contacting customer service to inquire and had zero response. Roughly 8 weeks later the suitcase shows up and unfortunately too small for my needs. I’ve now tried numerous times to reach customer service to process return request and again am receiving zero response so I’m left with no recourse other than to leave negative reviews. So unfortunate for a promising product.
