The few times I have been here for the cardio drumming, I have had a great experience! I thought I would feel uncomfortable since I'm so out of shape, but the instructors were so nice and didn't judge at all. And their prices are really affordable compared to other places. Definitely going back!

When I first heard about cardio drumming at Soul Fit I was skeptical because I seriously have no rhythm and wasn’t sure I would like it. Well my first class was incredible and a lot easier to catch on to than I thought. Every instructor is welcoming, encouraging and pushes you to work at your full potential. Drumming at Soul Fit is for all levels you can still get an amazing workout even if you have to modify movements. They also have amazing yummy shakes and delicious energy teas. I try to go to a class everyday and I tell everyone I know about Soul Fit. Give it a try you will be glad you did!!

Amazing workout classes are offered here! Cardio drumming and abs are my favorite!! The people here always greet you with a smile & make you feel apart of the family. The instructors are very energetic and walk you through how to do certain workouts to avoid hurting yourself. The teas and shakes are delicious!!

If you haven’t tried SoulFit, you’re missing out. My daughter and I started coming a few years ago because a friend of mine wouldn’t stop raving about it. Needless to say, we’ve been hooked since. Last year, I started teaching there. Fun for everyone and an amazing workout. Overall, an incredible community!
