I stopped by Sound Decisions today with a task that not only required the Owner Bobby, but his staff Mike and Logan to accomplish. Bobby and his crew tastefully updated the technology in my 13-year old Audi. They weren't the cheapest quote, but they were the most impressive. They didn't try to upsell or push anything not needed. A new Sony head unit with Maestro to communicate with the ECU of the car and back up camera was installed in less than half day. Thoroughly professional from initial talk to plan it out to demonstrating features when I picked it up. 100% recommend them for business!

I had a dash cam installed by Sound Decisions last week & was very happy with the results. "Bobby" the owner gave me an honest assessment of the process, & a estimate of what the total cost would be. The price was not inexpensive, but I've learned thru the years, "you get what you pay for". This rang true the very next day, when I had a problem with the dash cam's software. I couldn't get the device to pair with the unit, & I was ready to return it to Amazon. I called up "Sound Decisions" & Bob fit me into his schedule that same day. Instead of removing the unit, Bob took a look at my phone & determined the phone's 'VPN" had been the culprit. We shut off the "VPN" & Bob was able to setup the unit to work with the existing software. Total time was about 30 minutes, & it worked flawlessly! Thanks "Bobby"... very much appreciated! Sincerely;

Had many questions over several visits because I wanted to make the right choice. Was never rushed or pushed to buy anything .I felt like they had my best interest at heart . I made a purchase and it was installed very professionally looks like stock . I was very impressed and satisfied with their customer service, installation and price .... if you need new audio this is the place .
