Forrest and Bradford have been telling me about their energy efficiency device for months now, so I finally got it installed at my home and WOW! It immediately feels cooler and the air quality is much better. You can tell that the product is working instantly and the A/C is running a lot less but the temperature is perfect. Thank you Bradford & Forrest for helping us out, we are looking forward to saving money every month from here on out. Highly recommend.

Let me be clear about where I stand with SES and Forest. In my young 72 years of age I have never dealt with a company or individual with such integrity and honesty.

We had received several bids for a whole house generator. However, the difference between all the bids was the way Forrest conducted himself and portrayed his company. When all was said and done SES delivered exactly what Forrest said they would… an amazingly Clean and Professional job.

After several unanswered service calls to area electricians, I used the Thumbtack app to find a professional to help with my job. The app connected me with three top service providers in the area, I reached out to all three. Source Electric was the only one who replied.

Forest, the owner, is fantastic to work with. He listened without interrupting, answered all of our questions without any indication of irritation from a couple of novices.

Our technician, Sam was a delight to have in our home. He was friendly and great with our three dogs. Sam was respectful of every inch of our property, our time and our questions, just like Forest. No one was pushy, upselling or anything of the sort.

We have a 1979 split design, single level home that power was only making it to some outlets and some lights. We weren’t having any luck figuring it out ourselves.

Sam figured it out in no time and was able to complete more issues that we had;
Removed a metal, ‘j’ hook fan and installed the new electrical junction box along with a new fan for us. Replaced and upgraded many outlets throughout the house.
Drilled and installed two new electrical outlets receptacles for external lamps on the front of our house.
The attention to detail, quality of work and professionalism is unmatched- you will not find a better group to help with your project!

I can only recommend SES and Forrest, great communication and quick response.Forrest showed up as scheduled and spent his time figuring out all the issues I had with my Christmas outlets as with the rain, they were knocked out and didn’t come back after flipping the breaker. There were a couple of failures points because of water intrusion but he figured it out, replaced required failed parts.Christmas lights were working by the time my wife came home that night, happy wife- happy life!

Forrest is a man of his word and I would use him again. He holds his employees to a high standard and they deliver. Sam is an excellent electrician, does it right and clean the first time. It is hard to find companies that are dedicated and standby their work.

I never write reviews but am now! Ryan went above and beyond in introducing us to their micro-controller. He analyzed our utility bill, calculated our savings and coordinated the install two days later. Everything was quick, clean and simple. Immediately, we noticed our air quality improved, we're saving money everyday and our AC isn't working nearly as hard as it was while maintaining the desired temp. We're super pleased!
