Seem to be taking advantage of a widow in her 80's. Elder abuse? Was told panels would be productive by the end of December and things are still not working. I've had to pay Amren over $600 dollars when I wasn't expecting to. Sales person not very good at communicating. He tokd me he would refund me what I had to pay Amren but he doesn't show up. He. was supposed to come out last week but no call, no show. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau or the Attorney Generals office needs to be alerted to what seems to be a scam. I'm very disappointed.

It took 5 months to get everything finished. The installers did a great job getting it set up. The problem was communication between the installers the city of Canton and Ameren to get it activated. Your office was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The salesman was not very responsive to our concerns. Thank you Source Solar you’ve been great to work with. Rich and Sandy Gordon.
