I had a test done on my home September 17, 2024. I had to call to finally get the report. I was told at the time of the inspection I would get a call to explain the results. I still have not received a call. I am writing this review on October 6, 2024. I would never recommend this company, Very much a scam.

This was my third time sending samples to them. They have always been prompt and very friendly when calling about the samples. Their promptness certainly helped to ease the nerves of potentially having been in contact with ACMs, and consequently, I highly recommend them to anyone who is concerned about asbestos and wants quick answers.

amazing service. we close our office for 2 years and co workers said they smell mold. I got a test kit to find out if there is mold after being vacant for 2 years. sent in the test kit not 5 days ago and got email and phone call about my test results. faster and better then doctor's visit. I'm glad I went with Seeml labs to test so my coworkers and I can work in safe enviroment. I will be using you again. Thanx.

I bought an asbestos testing kit on Amazon, and sent it in to SEEML via USPS certified mail. The tracking showed that the item was being held at the post office for over 10 days. I tried calling the post office and they were of no help. So I called SEEML, and Daina was so incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. She even physically went to the post office to follow up on the package, and updated me frequently on the status. She offered me the option of sending in a new sample at no charge if USPS was unable to locate the package. In the end, my original sample was found and processed very quickly. The customer service was outstanding throughout the entire process.

So far I have been disappointed. I had a question so I used the email on their contacts page. I received an error saying the server could not be contacted. So I called their phone number listed on their website and I received a message saying that the voicemail was full and not receiving calls. It was after hours but this is not s professional way to run a business.

Update: Seeml Labs had to go to great lenthgs to contact me due to missing information when I sent in my tests. Daina was very thorough in he effort to find me and all problems have been resolved. I am very pleased with the lab and would recommend it.
