Southern Air is phenomenal! They installed a brand new AC unit and a new air handler for us- they were prompt, efficient, and thorough. The techs disposed of our old equipment, and left our home in pristine condition. When we had an issue related to a power outage once, and they sent a tech out to us within 30 minutes of our call. They offer 10 year warranty options and an annual program, where they will perform all maintenance, even filter changes. I could not be happier with their services, and I enjoy never having to think about the AC! They are the best in Putnam county.

Southern Air just got themselves another customer, my son called around several other AC repair shops and we really didn't hear what we wanted until he called Southern Air and the nice lady (sorry I don't remember her name but thank you for your help in getting my AC fixed) that answered the phone got us set up with the technician right away. Big shout Thanks to Jason for coming out and fixing my AC unit. He was nice, kind and respectful, he told me step by step everything that happened. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR SOUTHERN AIR AND JASON FOR GIVING ME COOL AIR AGAIN.

Jamar was great. He took time to interact with our youngest when he was jibber jabbing to him, and he seemed to have gained the trust of my dogs, which says a lot.
He was professional and took time to explain things to me, providing me with the best solution to our problem. Oddly, I also appreciated that he reached out to someone on his team when something stumped him and they resolved the problem.

I have a house full of birds an most days things are Topsy Tervy, southern Air Tec pro, didn't blink an eye, did his magic around my Extremely loud Macaws, was helpful with all information I needed. I'd recommend this company any day!! I'm also signed up for everything an anything to protect my air system. #1 air conditioning service, don't hesitate, if you need cold air in this heat, Southern Air is the company you want!!!

The customer service at Southern Air is excellent . I called for an estimate for an air conditioner and Justin came that same day . He worked with us to find what would work for us to help control the humidity in our home . The next day the installers Matthew and Albert came and did a great job . Overall a great experience . We had Amana system installed as per advice of the sales guy. The system is simply horrible for our home and doesn’t cool. I had so many issues and their experts were here assuring me it’s all good. It’s been 9 months and my AC is still not working. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and next is the lawsuit because they simply refuse to replace this faulty system or admit that it’s not adequate. I had independent opinion by other experts and they advised me that this is not OK at all and I will make sure these guys are held accountable for all my lost time and stress. I called in I don’t even know which time and I will get another expert tonight to look at it. We keep trying the same thing over and over expecting different result. That’s how you define the insanity. I kept telling them that the duct work modifications or whatever they keep doing is just making it worse. I called in again and now have to go through another set of “experts” when I know in fact that the system is not adequate and that this is a waste of time and money altogether for everyone involved. I wish our family can leave the positive feedback. Oh, and I gave them a chance to quote my next door property split system and I got heavily gauged and found a much better solution for 7x less cost!

First time using Southern Air. Robert came out to service my 2 AC units. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous while performing a thorough maintenance tune-up to ensure the units were running as efficiently as possible. The experience was so good that we decided to sign up for their twice a year maintenance program.
