My daughter’s Tallahassee apartment had visible mold yet the apartment complex deemed it safe and livable. I hired Zach to perform a certified and licensed inspection and he was more than qualified and thorough. He provided photos of the actual mold as well as photos of the moisture readings. The samples were inspected by a lab and all results were given to me in a comprehensive report. Zach took the time to explain his findings and the apartment was indeed uninhabitable. Using this report I was able to get her out of her lease and moved her somewhere safer.
