My dad, Rev Hayse Moss has used this company for many years. Today our air was not cooling and it was above 100 outside. With my daddy gone, I called and requested service. Right after lunch a young man came. I didn't get his name. My mother is bed bound and we really needed our air. The employee made sure our air was fixed and he was so professional. The only thing I have complaint on is when they cut hole in ceiling for return air they did not use a vacuum to catch the sheet rock dust. They got dust in the entire bedroom. Other than that they did an excellent job

These guys are the best. The guy came to my house during my child’s nap time and was so respectful about not waking him. He looked at our unit and called the company to see if he could get the part through warranty before calling to order the part. He went and picked the part up and came back the same day and replaced it. I really appreciate the extra mile and level of service we received from them. Highly recommend them!
