Impossible to get in contact with the Atmore branch of this company. You never know what's going on. Their lines are ALWAYS busy. Alabama power is spades above Southern Pine. I just wish Alabama Power serviced my area.

We need a real power company in our area,like Alabama Power who takes care of the people. Power goes out with just a little breeze.An when the power goes out, it is always 5 or 6 hours later when they show up.

These people don't even give u a chance to try and get the money up to pay the light bill how u going to try to get a extent and they don't open until 7:30 then cut your light off don't even give people a chance just ridiculous we paid our light bill late 710 dollars now they talking about cutting our lights off today for 244.58 I wish we can change our light company to Alabama power
