I called with a few questions. Joey was informative and transparent with answers. This shop recent put new 37" Nitto tires on my truck. They did a great job in doing so. If you are in need of an alignment or need some new tires give Southern Tire Mart in Searcy a call.

The people at Southern Tire are great. They have looked at my vehicle and let me know what is wrong with it, if they can't fix it, they let you know. Their prices are good and their customer service is exceptional. I have had my car there at the very least, 5 times in the last four months. I keep having different problems with it. I bought it used and you know how that is. They are super efficient too.

My family and I stopped here during a road trip urgently needing a tire to complete our drive to make it for a funeral. The tire size was one that everywhere else didn’t have in stock, southern tire mart had it in stock and got us in and out. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful and affordable.

I am in the RV business. And I buy lots of tires for travel, trailers and motorhomes. I can always depend on a good price and fast service from the crew at Southern tire Mart. Joey and Jim have been serving our tire needs for years. I do use other tire shops in town occasionally but we use Southern tire Mart more than anyone and there’s a reason.

Headed in from dallas and ended up with a flat tire that needed patched right away. Even though they were closing in 20 minutes, they got me right in and fixed it within 15 minutes! The best service! Thanks southern tire mart!

I've gotten my last 3 sets of tires from Southern Tire Mart. Their staff has always made me feel welcome. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Restroom was very nice and clean too!

So I took my car to Southern Tire in Searcy AR to get new tires. I also told them the car was shaking when you pressed the brakes and the guy said okay I’ll change the rotors and brakes I said that’s fine. $2,800 dollars later I get new tires but the car still shakes. No problem it happens so I took it back but this time they jacked my car all up so bad it had to be towed from Southern Tire to the dealer and that’s not the issue the issue is the guy lied and said the car came in with a light on and is leaving with a light on. Well let me give you some future advice BMW can download a car via Satellite. That light was NOT on. The tow hook plate in the front was missing when tow truck came to pick up (it was on prior to arrival) and dealer informed us that YOU never hooked up the rear brakes that’s right no rear brakes. In the future admit you messed up order a tow truck and get it sent to the dealer had you done that I wouldn’t be spending my time writing this review. Instead of just pawning the problem off to a paying customer. I fully understand things happen and don’t go to plan sometimes. But this is just neglect.

Outstanding service and friendly staff. I stopped by this week to get my car checked out. I got the oil changed and tires rotated. I was greeted by Joey and Jim. They were awesome. They have a phenomenal staff of people. The service was fantastic. I highly recommend Southern Tire Mart. Thank you again and take care.
