Southern Valley Insulation & Moisture Control installed our encapsulation in late summer of 2020. After several estimates, I chose SVIM They did a great job, going beyond what we agreed to. The techs were very professional and courteous. This summer, my pest control company, informed me that after 4 years ago they could not see enough of the foundation below the house wood, because of the plastic. I called SVIM and they promptly sent 3 techs to .fix the problem. They performed crawl space work with two of my friends from my recommendation. They also, were very satisfied with their work. I recommend SVIM very highly. They are very professional and easy to work with.

Southern Valley is fantastic. They immediately answered our request for an estimate and came to house to look over project. We received estimate and Set date for project. They arrived exactly on time given, got in , completed project , cleaned up after themselves and were out . They did a fabulous job! Could not ask for more.‼️?

Five stars can’t say enough Franco and his team from Southern valley insulation. They came in and in 2.5 days completely removed all blown in insulation and resprayed our entire attic 2800 square foot attic with spray foam. Incapsulating our entire attic area and spraying the main trunk line of our A/C units. We can already feel the difference in our houses ability to stay cool and temperature are the same throughout every room. They are professional, polite and very clean. During the 2.5 days, I teleworked and didn’t even know they were here or in my attic. I can’t wait to see the reduced electricity bills and energy savings. My air conditioners are no longer working overtime in this Alabama heat. If you are a home owner and thinking about going spray foam. I recommend using Southern Valley insulation. They beat the top competitor by $1000.00 and placed us priority on the job… RD
