A representative from Southwest Solar was on our HOA private property. He did not have permission to be there. There are signs posted stating “no trespassing”. He was Parked in a red/fire zone blocking one of our residents garages. When asked to move/leave, he was abusive and said he would not move his white Mercedes van with rack and ladder on top. We informed him that we were calling 911 and he still would not move his van. He became abusive and threatening. After we informed him that the police were called he left, but made racial and threatening remarks as he removed himself from our private property. Terrible representative terrible company

I had solar panels installed on my home by Southwest Solar. Project Manager Erian was awesome. He explained everything in term that we understood. The project was completed in record time and I'm very happy with the outcome. The installers were very efficient and kept the jobsite clean and organized. They were very cordial and answered all of our questions.

The first company I dealt with for my solar undersized my system so I had to add this additional system and a back up battery so I could have enough solar to run my house.

I highly recommend this company if you need Solar.

Southwest Sun Solar installed our 2nd solar system about 1 year ago. We chose REC 400 watt panels and Enphase IQ7 micro inverters. We could not be more pleased! They were 100% professional and everything they told us, they did. Not to mention our installation is in the Palm Springs area! Great people, great price, HIGHLY recommended.

Don't believe whatever they tell you. They have great answers for all of of your questions to trick you into signing the contrast with them. Then, later on you are going to pay more than what you currently pay for Edison (because you have to pay for their solar service plus Edison). They will blame that you spend more electric and everything else....IT IS A SCAM!

In 2023 they come to estimate for my home , total need 14 sola
If paid cash around from 12 to 15 thousand . If take finance to 20 or 25 years total paid off over 20 thousand .I ask the sale man if I get 4 or 5 month then I pay early no charge the rest amount finance . he said no you must pay all interest of finance charge . no matter what 1 or 2 month . kind scams give the people stuck in finance no way out money scam from them

After two years of researching and talking to countless of solar companies, I decided to go with Southwest Sun Solar company. I worked with Huy and IMO, he is the best person in customer service. He answered most of my questions and if he doesn’t know, he will be sure to get the answer in a timely manner. I also visited the company with its warehouse, stocked with solar panels and equipments. This showed that they are a solar company with no middle man. The installation went smoothly. It took awhile to get the city permit because where I live, the city is very strict on the solar installation and they passed with flying colors. I am very happy from A to Z and so far, the system delivers as expected.
