Definitely look for a company that is better organized. They like telling you it’s a flat fee then come out with extra charges. Then they say they record the conversations, lol, then they would know that some of the ones working the phones aren’t clear on anything. Once they have your card they just do what they want.

Yyol was amazing! Showed up on time and delivered my dumpster with ease. My property is tricky, he had to reverse a while and make some really tough turns to be able to do this. Watching him drive that truck I was genuinely impressed with his skills. Great experience, thank you Yyol

At 4:19 A.M. on Wednesday September 25, these guys were delivering large waste dumpsters to the new Bonita Del Sol housing development in Bonita Springs. Headlights on, backup warning devices beeping, etc. etc. Bonita Springs Noise Ordinance prohibits any construction activities before 7:00 A.M.

This company illegally charges your credit card once they have your card information so do NOT trust them! Crooks is the nicest adjective I can muster! SCAM ALERT !!! BUYER BEWARE!

We had a dump & return scheduled for today and when they returned our dumpster - they did not put it back in its original place. We are a countertop fabrication shop that gets many slab deliveries in a day. They left the dumpster in the middle of our delivery entry. We called them to send someone back before our next delivery (which was a container with 40+ slabs) but they said they needed to wait for approval in order to waive the fee. We ended up moving it ourselves before our delivery arrived or else we would have had to cancel/postpone the delivery.

UPDATE: Thanks to Adele for trying to help us solve this issue and make sure we're taken care of.

This company is incredible. This is the best garbage disposal company around. I had the best experience talking to Emily and ashly. Me and my brothers renovate and flip homes. We had an emergency that needed driveway concrete picked up on a Saturday and let me tell it was already Friday afternoon when I called southwest disposal.
These girls were extremely helpful. Ashly made calls and told me someone will reach out in the morning. But i was telling my self i heard that before and most of the time nobody wants to work on a sat. Saturday morning came around At 8:20 had a few missed calls from Emily. The company was already at the job site. But we were already committed for someone one else to make the pickup. Even though we didn't use them to pickup this time. From this day forward we will be using southwest disposal. They are responsive, professional, Great pricing, and they keep there word. Thank you guys for Being a Great company. And thank you Emily and Ashley for being understanding and quick to help is out! keep up the good work.

Very rude customer service and what a rip off! My husband was mislead to believe that the total would be $85.00 for any amount under a ton. Turns out after he dropped the debris, he was charged for 2 tons. They then tell him that there is a 2 ton minimum, which would be nice to know beforehand! Also, beware there are nails and screws everywhere, which gave him 2 flat tires. Horrible experience.

I used Southwest twice in the last year. First time was supposed to be a late morning to early afternoon drop off with half hour call ahead, I leave for work around 6:15 in the morning and when I'm 7 minutes down the road I get a phone call saying that they are at my gate. Same thing happens at pick up. Second time using them the same thing at drop off. I called on Friday for pick up they said most likely would be picked up on Saturday but if not it would be Monday. I told them if it ends up being Monday that I need a call ahead of 30 minutes. Monday morning about 11:30 I get a call from the driver who is currently sitting at my front gate with no way to get in. Reschedule for Wednesday morning I let them know that I leave for work around 6:30 but can wat 15-30 minutes if I will be first stop.Well here it is at 7:15 and still no truck so I call and they say they are sending a truck right now which means I will be waiting another 30 minutes. I don't know where the communication error is with this company but I will not use them again
