They don’t even deserve one star, but I had to check at least one star in order to write my review. I was on the phone paying my bill and then the technician pulled up and still cut off my service. so rather than paying $30 I had to pay $102. This is the worst company ever!!!

Very disappointed I had to hire a contractor to bleed the line and light the pilot light because the southwestern Virginia gas service attendant couldn't do it

Piss poor customer service! Twice, back to back. It’s like the person answering the phones hates her job. Doesn’t listen with intent to understand, and she is condescending.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I went up there today to get my gas turned on and this guy comes and says “what” I say “that’s not how you do customer service!” They we’re very rude to me then I called back twice and the two ladies I spoke with were very rude also!! I am gone look in to changing over to all electrical cuz they don’t know how to conduct business!! Then I told the guy my gas has been off for two weeks and he says “ what’s the big hurry to get on turned on?”

Would not help find a gas furnace for my 85 year old mother in law. Said they were like the power company. Girl hung up on me--horrible service
