We have hired many different cleaning companies over the years but Sparkle Buddy out shines them all! Howard is very professional, and knowledgeable, and has a great team of top notch cleaners. Kia and Samantha are always a breath of fresh air and are very thorough and efficient. We are looking forward to our next appointment!

Tana and her crew came in for deep clean today and they were amazing! The house was sparkling and smelling good when they left. Tana herself cleaned the kitchen and she cleaned the oven so thoroughly that it looked like it was brand new! The lady who did my bathrooms was awesome too. She spend good 2 hours just in my master bathroom scrubbing everything. I will definitely recommend Home Buddy and will use them again for maintenance cleaning as well.

A good housekeeper is hard to find. An excellent housekeeper is a near impossibility to find. I have used Sparkle Buddy for 2 years and can say I found excellence. Every interaction, from the cleaning crew to the office staff, is geared toward customer service. I love the timeliness, the communication, the flexibility, and the special courtesy they extend in going above and beyond a normal expectation in order to meet our needs.

Howie is a great guy and great relationally. As I value him as a person and want to see him succeed I have been reluctant to share my experience. I contracted him and his team to clean multiple furnished apartments after students had moved out. Unfortunately despite his best intentions, he did not have the quality and depth of staff at that time to carry out my larger, concentrated job as promised. It was a very frustrating and upsetting experience for me. I had to Inspect their work and send them back once or even twice to reclean what they had missed (and was on our checklist). I felt disappointed to be charged a premium rate for two junior girls on the job that didn’t seem to know what they were doing. One apartment they turned up without any equipment and were asking the site manager to borrow her broom etc (the site mgr just told me of her experience yesterday). One girl was apparently hanging out the window using her shirt to clean the outside window. Howie was gracious to receive the feedback and tried his best to correct things and for that I am grateful. Howie has a great attitude and is an entrepreneur and I wish him the best. He is always looking how to improve things. He just needs to make sure he has good, experienced staff who have been trained on how to professionally clean, efficiently and to take instruction on what to do or not do.

Home and Office Buddy did an amazing job cleaning my home. They went above and beyond and made my home look outstanding. They even polished my stainless steel trash can in my kitchen! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a thorough cleaning in their home or office!

We had Sparkle Buddy for a few months. We could never tell when our office had been cleaned because it did not look different than before, yet we received invoices. Their scheduling system was glitched and would send us multiple email reminders for different days of scheduled cleaning all within one week. We were dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning.
