My wife and I loved the experience working with Spectrum Design. Throughout the whole process there was nothing to dislike about them. Quoting process was straightforward and they always did their best to accommodate our expectations within our budget. During the renovation work, attention to keep things clean and to preserve our personal space as much as possible was always a priority. The team was very easy to bee with. I work from home and they were actually a nice company for a few weeks.

Payment milestones were clearly defined in the beginning of the process and there were no bad surprises at final balance closure.

Finally, what matters the most, the job turned out better than what we imagined. Very high quality work in both execution and design.

Spectrum Design and Construction is by far the best contractor I have worked with and highly recommend! After years of dreaming of a new kitchen and multiple bids from other companies, I went with Spectrum for their excellent reputation and couldn't be happier. From the very beginning of the design phase to the final completion, the attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding. Tim and his brothers, Alan and Mike, are vastly knowledgeable in all aspects of the business and very hands on. This is something you don't see with every GC or company ..typically after the estimating phase you rarely see the owner of the company come back, but that's not the case at all with Spectrum. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction and Tim's communication is exceptional. I always knew what to expect every day throughout the entire project. Our job required removing 3 walls, full kitchen demo, creating an island space with downdraft cooktop, painting the whole house, removing popcorn ceilings and all new lighting installed. Every step of the process from electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, to cabinetry the crews were professional, punctual and extremely conscientious to leave our home clean at the end of the day. In addition to the professionalism and excellent work they do, this is just an awesome company to do business with because they are good, honest caring people that want to make sure you are happy with the finished product. I can't say enough good about Spectrum and highly recommend!

Tim and his brothers, Alan and Mike, are the best contractors I have ever worked with. I hired them four years ago to get my home ready to move in by re-painting all the main interior walls and ceilings, demolishing an outdated entertainment unit and making the wall and floors it had been on look like new, redoing some bathroom floors and installing chandeliers. They were able to do it all in exactly the amount of time they said, not a day more. Tim and his team are perfectionists and make sure they leave your home looking spotless. We were so impressed by them that we hired them four years later again to help us create a beautiful media wall in our living room to make the space usable with a faux chimney and fireplace. Tim helped us perfect the dimensions of the custom floating cabinetry that went on the wall and his team built a solid and beautiful chimney for us. The stonework is gorgeous- everything was done with perfect precision. Our family is in love with our new media wall and I know it will be a space we will treasure spending time in for years to come. Tim said that the project would take two weeks and, as I expected, his team finished in exactly two weeks. They cleaned up after they finished, and left my home looking spotless.
