We've now had 2 beautiful sound baths in the Red Rocks with Melina & she is truly exceptional. Melina is a beautiful soul-deeply spiritual yet wonderfully grounded. Her energy is calming & expertise is clear. We even trusted her to guide our newborn baby's very first sound bath. She was incredibly understanding of our timing delays, too-newborn life! Our dog is also a huge fan 🙂

What an incredible and memorable experience. Core memory for sure and I'm so glad I got to experience it with my husband. Melina met us out on top of the red rocks in Sedona, near the Bell Rock vortex. The scenery was so peaceful during sunset. We did the guided meditation and sound bath session, which lasted 2 hours. But the feeling it leaves you with has lasted even longer. Definitely would love going back with my daughter one day.

My wife and I spent what I can only summarize as "four of the best days of our lives," with Melina of SpiritFlow Sedona. Prior to booking our retreat we researched similar offerings from local competitors, that while interesting, did not seem as well organized. This was a big deal for the two of us, because we honestly did not even know where to start, we just knew we wanted to get away and strengthen our spiritual & energetic bond, as well as doing the same individually. Melina created a four day workshop for us that addressed everything we felt called to. Melina is an extremely talented healer and a wonderful human being. I did a solo trip to Sedona and was looking to connect with experiences and people who would help me on my journey to being the best version of me. My experience with Melina was life changing. We started on the serene vortex on Bell rock. Melina knew exactly where to go for spectacular sunset views. She was also extremely knowledgeable about all of the red rocks and vortexes. Rain was heading our way so we moved inside to one of her studios where she did an energy healing.
