Joshua was very helpful and knowledgeable about installing the internet
I was worried about him being outside in the cold but he just kept going. Even with the
Temperature dropping he kept going until he got it installed. I really appreciate him and thank him so much for what he has done for me

Today Spit Spots installed their equipment, it took about 2 1/2 hrs and the crew ( Philip and Drew) were very professional and friendly. They answered all my questions and they enjoyed my dog! So far this has been a great experience. They switched on my internet and made sure it was working before they left.

Phillip and Drew were super friendly, professional, and crushed the install. They were mindful and sweet to my pets too and were very careful in my chaotic apartment since I just moved and there was stuff everywhere. Really appreciate the service and professionalism!

Josh and Jason came to our home to install a new Internet service! What a great experience! I don’t usually leave feedback, but they were so professional, helpful and polite that I felt they deserved the kudos!!
They called ahead to let us know when to expect them, showed up on time and were clean and neat!

Service was great when installed in April of 2023. However during the initial survey and installation there was damage to our metal roof and foundation flashing from ladders. The service was good for most of 2023. In 2024 it has been nothing but a major frustration. Every day we lose internet service, doesn't matter what the weather. I'm done here moving on to new service.

Zion came out and fixed my internet today. ? He Was was definitely the most helpful, and knowledgeable, of any tech ever sent to my house. We have had nonstop internet issues since signing up with spit spot. I was literally one step away from ordering up starlink. Spit spot is lucky to have Zion on their team!! I will give them a try for a while longer and see how it goes…
