I’ve been a loyal customer of [Epic Shine / Bluebird Express] for years, partly because they showed appreciation for veterans with a discount. Unfortunately, ever since Spotless Brands took over, they quietly removed this benefit without notice. It’s disappointing to see a company strip away a small but meaningful gesture for those who served. If this is how they treat veterans, I’d rather take my business elsewhere to a company that still values and honors those who have served our country.

As owners of Flagship Carwash, you’ve stolen $80 from me over the course of two months. I’ve filed a BBB Complaint, to no avail, Ive contacted you all via email three times, with no response and customer service has expedited my complaint four times with no response. I called you all yesterday, AUGUST 20th, 2024 giving you all notice of my intent to bring this to small claims court if this matter is not settled. This company engages in fraud and deception by claiming they offer customer service but send you on a wild goose chase.

I have an issue with Spotless Brands, the parent company of Flagship Carwash. Seems the carwash company has quite a scheme going on with their services. I was told that paying a one time charge for 90 days of unlimited car washes my cost was $64.99. I did not pay attention to subsequent charges that happened every 30 days afterwards. I canceled my membership after 5 months of charges after the initial charge. I’ve inadvertently paid an overage of $324.96. Because I’ve cancelled my membership, once I realized the scam that was happening, now my account is wiped clean not allowing me to information needed to file a dispute with my credit card company. It seems corporate has throughly thought this out and will beat the consumer every time.
