This was my first time ever moving into my own place. I most definitely enjoyed living there. They are great at fixing any issues in the apartment and the staff are a pleasure as well. This place really made me feel at home and If the rent goes back to an affordable cost for me I will be returning. It is quiet and you don't have to worry about your packages being moved or tampered with when you are not home for long periods of time.

Awesome new management!!
I would definitely recommend these apartments, they're in a great part of town that doesn't have a lot of crime! They're SO convenient to grocery stores and restaurants, also!

Just moved in this weekend, and Dana was great and accommodating to get me into a unit! She's been kind and helpful throughout the whole process, and I'm loving my apartment! Price is fair, and I look forward to moving the rest of my stuff! 🙂

Overall, I am happy here. Convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, such as a leak, it was resolved in a timely manner. Management here is attentive & friendly. It is peaceful & quiet the majority of the time. The playground could be updated with new equipment. I have a 2 BR/2 Bath and consider the rent to be in the correct range.

I've been here for 3 months now and I'm really enjoying it. I have a 3bd 2 bath, updated upon move in. The staff has been excellent, no issues really other than a few outlets being loose but it's really a non issue. It's quiet ALL the time, I rarely hear the neighbors on any side of me. There's kids always outside playing. It's clean, a few spiders and palmettos but I do live right at the tree line so it's to be expected. Grass stays cut. Parking spaces are a tad crunched together. Overall a good experience for me and my 2 kids.

At first I was nice to live here,but then they kept raising the rent till it was over $600 for a one bedroom one floor tiny apartment. There is assigned parking but ppl get away with parking in spaces that aren't theirs or in mine. The pool was constantly closed for whatever reasons...before covid hit. Wouldn't go back for anything.
