It looks like a very well organized facility but as a truck driver making a delivery 8am to 2pm hours definitely aren't driver friendly. I'm sure they get an hour for lunch so that doesn't leave much time for receiving freight. Also I couldn't get anyone on the phone to ask about receiving hours so I went with the open until 630 hours hoping I would get my freight off today around 330pm. I emailed the receiving department last friday after loading in Atlanta but you know how well that went. As of Tuesday morning still no response. I understand this is power grid stuff but at least put the security booths phone number online so you can get a living person. They did have a pretty nice sized area outside their gate for a rig and trailer that I could sleep at barring the couple of freight trains going by overnight.

Don’t you have time to fix power outages on weekends? Is Monday morning at 3:00 am the only suitable time for maintenance? We all have work on Monday and need a peaceful night’s sleep. Awful service!

There is a foul smelling pollution coming from this area and into the homes nearby early mornings. The state needs to be notified of this. 😷
