WORST NURSERY EVER!!!
I would not recommend anyone, all of the employees don't know what's going on.
They claim they are short staff, its not true! they don't know how to manage a business. Their manager Jeff is on vacation and they had have no clue of what to do!
I ordered 22 tons of rocks and they said they could not deliver unless I order 3 more tons. Jeff, the manager, said my order would be delivered between 6am-10am, and they never showed up!!!! I went down to the nursery to see what was going on, and they said that I was next. It was a lie! I went home and waited hours and no one showed up I had everything ready, I even rented the tool to flat the rocks. By 2:50pm it got super windy and messed up the set up. I went back down to the nursery to get my money back.
They should hire people that know what they are doing and follow protocol! This is the last time I come here.

The staff have great expertise and impressive amounts of botanical knowledge.
They have tons of variety of fruiting trees, shade trees, and a myriad of other plants.
They are extremely helpful and seem to really want to provide you with the best experience possible.
Their prices are very reasonable and their sales are amazing.
They also have no plant ground coverings and will help with any of your designs.

We bought flagstone and filler that goes underneath from Star. They were very helpful and gave us useful info while we decided on color, amount etc. and helped us make the right decisions for what we needed. When it came to delivery they were very accommodating as we had specific requests. Very friendly and courteous!

I bought 3 Palm large mexican palm trees , and after almost 6 months , all 3 died for whatever reason . I called Star Nursery in Fort Mohave , and even though they only guarantee their plants for 30 days , I was given a full store credit . Excellent customer service . I highly recommend Star Nursery .

Always excellent customer service by very knowledgeable staff. Prices are better than any of the local "big box" stores, even before being pleasantly surprised by a sale on the items we came in specifically to buy! We've never been disappointed by any of our purchases, and have been very satisfied with the results after they've gotten established.
