I called to check what services are offered. I also asked if they offered termite services for my house, my house has spray foam and i was getting mix stories about it. I spoke with the manger, and he explained what they offer and how they can't offer a termite bond because of the spray foam. I loved the upfront honesty and that fact he wasn't just trying to sell me some services that i might not need. When my appointment came, they messaged us they were on the way. They arrived on time. The service technician explained what he was going to do, and he did exactly what he said and exactly what we were expecting. Another service technician showed up and went over everything and said if anything was needed or any concerns just call and they will fix it. Very professional, experienced at what they do! We are very happy with our service and with Stark Exterminators. Just the other day we received a thank you card for choosing them. That is a top-notch professional company! Jerry was amazing. He inspected the entire home and helped me understand what needed to be done to improve the home to stop rodents from getting in from outside. I could not have asked for a better experience. The prices were good too. We went from seeing 20 roaches night to almost none. Great business!!!! Thank you Jerry for being so awesome!
