Great service from Steffen Htg & A/C, Effingham, IL. They have inspected our gas fireplace for a couple of years. More recently they installed a new furnace and A/C. Service was prompt, professional and reasonable. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Very happy with them. Would highly recommend them!

I definitely recommend Steffens. They have helped with my A/C last summer and today my furnace. They come out with no notice or appointment. They are professional and knowledgeable.
They did all the HVAC in my sons house when he built last year.

We had catastrophic water damage to our home while we were away. We called Steffens as new customers to come and inspect our unit and to give opinions to move forward. To our relief they inspected and said our unit was still in good operational order! Their honesty speaks volumes. We then decided to use them to replace the gas fireplace that had to be removed. Their knowledge and professionalism was very appreciated!

Everyone at Steffens was extremely accommodating and patient. We were not exactly sure what we wanted and they spent time with us and gave us options. The gentlemen that installed our fireplaces were so kind and knowledgeable. We are so happy with the finished product. Definitely recommend!

Steffen's provided us with a new furnace and A/C package this past spring after our old system died. Mr. Steffen did the quote and provided a very competitive bid which we excepted. His crew did a quick, clean and very professional installation including removal of the old system. The two technicians were a pleasure to work with and, when they were through and left, except for the new system, you wouldn't have know they had been there. They left everything clean and in place. Thanks for an excellent job!
