My air conditioner had not been working for over a month and finally I could not take the heat any longer. I called Stephen's Air Conditioning and Heating , they came out and found out that my Freon was fine, but my air conditioner and heater were running at the same time which was heating my home instead of cooling it. Have never been happier with home repair services than this company. Came out the same day on a Friday in the middle of a heat wave. Didn't have the part but, he went and got the part immediately. We have used Stephens for years for both A/C and heating issues. They have professional integrity; they are prompt and reasonably priced. Last week our gas valve quit working during the coldest days this year. We had only cool air coming out of the vents with no heat. Chad came out first thing the next morning. Even though the valve was very old, he was able to find a replacement and had the new one installed in a short amount of time. We won't use anyone else. I cannot say enough good about Stevens AC. They just replaced my system and I am totally satisfied. Chad and Bubba, the technicians, were on time, worked constantly to complete the install, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost too, it was $1000 cheaper than the other estimates I received. If you want great service at a great price you definitely need to call Stevens...you will not regret it!
