I was referred to Stephens to have the back of two gift watches engraved. Shockingly, the engraver misspelled the last name on both watches (name was correct on the order form). The service was prompt and the engraving was high-quality, but I was taken back by the lack of attention to detail. He did very little to offer a solution or fix. I cannot recommend them.
