Spoke with an-denise Carter regarding a position they were looking to fill. I asked her if she could send my resume first to see if the client would think I'm a good fit. she said no because I needed to meet her first, she asked to face time me. Which was odd because I've never had a company ask to face time me, usually it's through teams. I asked again if she can just send the resume to see if I was a good fit she said no it's either I meet her or she won't send anything. I feel like the recruiter came off very disrespectful and unprofessional. If she wanted to meet me we could of started with a teams meeting at first instead of a call. Don't recommend the agency.

Great Company, Well know, initially contacted me for opportunity with major project within 15 miles. I was well qualified, no follow up from their recruiter, contacted new recruiter, there was some follow up, no further action after new resume was submitted. Numerous jobs posted.

My experience here has been less than satisfactory. I found their approach to be unprofessional and rude. The agency lacks the basic courtesy of responding to inquiries or concerns, leaving me feeling ignored and undervalued. Additionally, their staff appeared to be judgmental multiple times, which created a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere.
