Beautiful rooms! Felt like we were staying in a cabin. Super cozy beds and blankets. Very clean! Great communication from staff. We were arriving later in the night and checking out early for football games. This will be where my family stays from now on in Eureka! Loved the coffee cups available for use and oatmeal for us for breakfast.

This is a beautiful place, all the extras were such a wonderful touch and made us feel very special. Great location close to everything. We had a few issues with a group of guests. But the host went above and beyond to get it resolved... literally in minutes. She was very kind, understanding, and fixed the issue. Kudos to her. Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were cute, cozy and welcoming. I loved their attention to detail. Natural cleaning products are used. The rooms have really nice amenities, like humidifiers, large fridge (compared to most places), large screen tv, and good coffee, Red Mill oatmeal, Meyers hand soap. It has definitely become my favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs.

I would have given 5 stars BUT the beds including the pillows were horrible. My husband and I woke up with tight and sore backs every morning. The 2nd night I slept with my head at the foot of the bed and it was better. I couldn’t even use the pillow it was like it was filled with air so I used my sweater as a pillow. We stayed 3 nights. There is space under the door when it’s shut big enough to feel a draft and see the street lights shine through. We just put pillows in front to make it a little darker.
On a good note it was clean and very cute and cozy looking.
The location was excellent and a few minutes from downtown. We did like the fact that the cleaners don’t come in at all to make beds or clean up during your entire stay. We don’t like to worry about our stuff disappearing.
You can get as much ice as you need from the little ice room. And also if you need more towels washcloths or toilet paper you have to get your own from the closet in the office area. We found that out the hard way.
I loved the mini fridge/freezer. Big enough for some groceries and milk or frozen ice cream.
They furnish shampoo conditioner body soap and hand soap all great quality brands! Also furnished is a great brand of coffee for the kurig. The outside sitting area is really nice and you can sit by the propane fire they have between 7pm and 10pm every night. If you have a problem you have to send them a text/email so there is no human you can ask directly but they respond quickly. But based on the beds alone we won’t go back.

We went there when Chuck owned it and was always very pleased. We got there and there was nobody at the office. I guess you have to get on your email to get a code instead of having a room key. Some cleaning guy got into my email to get the code. That makes me very uncomfortable knowing he could get into my email. The smoke alarm started beeping and I finally took it outside. Once you book you cannot cancel. Will never stay there again, the floor is filthy, my white socks can prove it. The pillows were flat and the bed was soft and squeaked every time you moved. I was told I could not cancel once it was booked. Everywhere online it said no canceling after room was booked. The cleaning guy even knew I wanted to cancel for the next day and didn't say anything.

Everything was great. One small issue, they had ant and roach bait. They are pet friendly so they should definitely tell you that before you check in. My dogs got into the ant and roach killer but luckily its combat and not too overly poisonous for pets so he is fine but I was very worried it first. He also got into the sticky bug trap as well. Anyway, it all worked out fine but if you bring your pet, check for the baits!

Comfortable room with a rustic aesthetic. Bath was a bit small and could use a fan. Nice fridge and microwave. Quiet and affordable. Would stay again.

We loved how the room made us feel like we are in a cabin!!!!! The rooms are very clean and set up nice!!! We will stay again and recommend this spot to others!!!
