Rusty and Tara who run STOR-IT Foothill Ranch could not be friendlier and more welcoming. Personal and professional. Honestly, they feel like family. They keep the facility spotlessly clean and fresh, and very importantly, I feel entirely safe there personally as well as my belongings.

I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had units at this storage facility from 2021 to 2024 and never had any problems with the unit or billing. This facility is run by the sweetest couple, Rusty and Tara. They are so friendly and genuine, I really felt that my unit was in good hands.

In 2023, I moved everything from my unit to a bigger one. Tara seamlessly handled the backend of the transition and even applied any leftover credit from the old unit to the new one.

One time, Rusty saw that I was working in the unit and personally drove over to have me speak with Tara about a payment I had missed so I wouldn't hit the late fee. They could easily have said nothing and gotten that extra late fee but they are honestly looking out for their clients.

When my fiance and I moved into our new home and vacated the unit, in the whirlwind of moving I forgot to call to let them know. The next morning, Rusty saw our unit had been emptied and called me to confirm that our account could be closed. I appreciate how observant he was in noticing and calling, it was one less thing to worry about during our move.

Summary: pricing at this storage facility is very fair and it is incredibly well managed, which is important when trusting someone with keeping all your things safe.

This storage facility was a pleasure to do business with. Friendly owners, easy access to get in and out with your code on a pin pad, the grounds were always clean and easy to navigate through. Our storage unit was on the inside of one of the buildings so it was super easy to pull up the car to unload and load. We used them for almost a year as we were getting ready to move out of state and turns out the owner's home state was the same state. Highly recommend this facility!

I have been a customer of this facility for the past nine months and have previously been very satisfied. The woman who helped us rent the unit (blonde older woman) was very nice and helpful, and the rate advertised on their website was honored easily when we went to rent the unit, and everything was clean.

However, I just got a notice in the mail stating that my rent will be increasing by 276%!!!! I definitely understand that rent increases are normal, but I never would have expected such a drastic and significant increase. I had been recommending this facility to people I knew and if this is truly a 276% increase and not a mistake, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and highly discourage anyone from renting here. 🙁

I have been with Stor-It Self Storage Foothill Ranch since the mid 1990's and have always found them to be kind, considerate and professional. They are very easy to work with (especially when times are tough). I feel that my property is in safe hands. The facility is always clean and secure. I gave four out of five stars because of a few rate increases over the past couple of years. Otherwise, I am very happy.

My experience with this storage facility has been nothing but positive and professional. I relocated to New York City years ago and have found this storage facility to be priced reasonably. Also, the management team Rusty and his wife Tara are a delight and have helped me tremendously over the years. They are proactive and detailed when it comes to ensuring my account is up-to-date. Last year during the beginning of COVID-19 Tara was extremely helpful with processing my payments while I recovered. Although I am now living in New York City, I have a piece of mind and feel at ease knowing that my unit is being managed by professionals who are honest, thoughtful and caring. Wow! Rusty and his wife ( new owners) were extremely helpful and informative when we got our unit. Rusty went through every single detail for us, and even went out of his way to ensure our unit was cleaned again right before we loaded it. They have a great prices, clean facilities, and most importantly they have impeccable customer service!
