It took over a year and a half to finally get my windows installed due to permitting issues. Once they finally got installed it was pretty quick, however we had to wait on final inspection for 3 weeks because I couldn't get a hold of anyone from storm tight to answer the phone, meanwhile my house was still a wreck because I was told I couldn't put my furniture back until they were done. Once the final inspection was completed I did a walk through with them and inspected the windows. Everything looked good, however a couple days later my wife noticed that where the front door was replaced on the floor, the gap between the tile and door frame was never filled. I missed this during the walk through because we had a throw rug there. I have called storm tight repeatedly over the last couple of months and I still have yet to receive an answer back. NO ONE AT THIS COMPANY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE ONCE YOUR WINDOWS ARE INSTALLED. They have very poor customer service!

Update, still haven't heard from these people so I guess I have to fix this myself

I had my windows installed about 2 1/2 years ago. Absolutely love them. We have not had to put shutters up at all. We don’t hear any outside noise and our energy bill was cut nearly in half. On top of that, they are beautiful and completely changed the appearance of our house. Would definitely recommend.

I wish we had read the google reviews before signing with this company because it's clear they like to come in and ruin your homes interior during install then leave you with the mess.

We even told them they had ripped a ton of paint off our ceilings in multiple rooms and they said they'd send someone to fix it and never did.

In addition, it took over 1 month to get the front door installed. The first group installed it wrong so you would have to yank it closed and open. The second team came and didn't know how to fix it. The third team came and didn't have the right materials to fix it. The 4th team came and they finally fixed it after hours of chaos.

Storm Tight Windows are the worse company. My installation was a month ago, and my inspection is not completed yet. I tryed some many time to contact them and leave a lot message,including the sales person and don't get answered back. I finally called my Lawyer, he called the City to let them know about the inspection,and explain to them what's going up. So, now We're going to take action about it. I am postíng this review to try to help somebody, people please don't do business with this company,don't wais your time,and your money. They're not responsable.

I was recently involved in a real estate transaction where I represented the seller who had a contract with this window company - needless to say the professionalism, the outstanding Communication, the willingness to do "good Business", the cooperation and the general "nice to get along with people" (that I found in regional and local decision matters); make this my number one "go to" company going forward for referrals and personal use. I truly think by calling & using these people that you will get the product that you paid for -and the quality work AND installation (throughout the whole process), even if there should be interruptions in the timelines .Thank you so much. I really appreciate all you did for my seller and subsequently for me.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Final inspection is yet to be completed after 4 years!!!!! Associate from Storm Tight inspection dep't said all windows need to be removed and reinstalled! No follow up what so ever! Destroyed my house including inside/outside trim (had to do myself). Broke all marble window sills and never offered to replace them! Factory rubber seals are worthless! Poor construction of windows! Traps rain water and dirt between window and screen w/ no drain! Never sealed properly! I have a wood frame house w/ vinyl siding and they didn't even know how to install with flanges (easiest installation out there)! Cut flanges off and installed like CBS. No protection on wood. During the entire installation I was told "we'll take care of it" and they never did! I had to take a week off of work and another loan just to finish! Corrections on master bedroom windows 10 times and they are still not right! Was given a crap ton of caulk to fill the ridiculous gaps! I DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT QUALITY PRODUCT AND INSTALLATION!

We had hurricane windows installed in our home with Storm-tight windows. It was an excellent experience.
Alex was very informative when he came out to give us the quote. He answered all the question we had. He was very pleasant to work with.
The worker ( I wish I would have ask their names) who installed the windows were also very good. They took every precaution to cover the area they were working on with plastic, which kept the dust and mess to a minimum. After each window they cleaned up. They were very respectful and friendly.
Once the windows were ready to install it took 3 days total including the inspection.
The managers David and Zach called us several times to make sure things were moving on schedule.
The window quality is excellent and easy to maneuver. I already can tell a difference in the noise level.
We are very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend Storm-tight windows.

Company is great so far. Eron, one of the sales employees, came to our house and explained everything perfectly and had so much patience with my parents who speak another language. He was super nice! The sales manager (I believe that’s his role), even came to introduce himself and was super kind with my family, even our dog. We look forward to doing business with them. I will update here on how the whole process goes but so far so good!
