I recently had Stout Air come to replace my 18 year old Tranes heater/furnice. Tim, the owner was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He promptly scheduled my replacement with a US made high efficiency system. Installers Michael, Miles and their supervisor (? name), were hard working despite the cold elements, answered my questions and left me thankful that I had used Stout Air. Thank you Stout Air!!

Our A/C in Plumas Lake stopped blowing cold during a multi-day heatwave. Stout air came out and promptly fixed the problem on the same day. They clearly explained the costs, worked quickly etc. I'm a curious person and had a couple of general questions after they left, so I called them up and they were extremely accommodating and willing to educate me. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I was so impressed with Stout Air, they arrived the same day I called. The company my system is warranty under couldn’t get me in for 2.5 weeks. They came, diagnosed and had my part ordered next day. Tim as the owner called me and
Explained what was going on. The technicians all were professional and let me asked all my questions and never made me feel like I was taking up their time. We will be using Stout from now on’

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Tim Strout and his team. The engineers were incredibly smart, knowledgeable, and hardworking, handling the extreme heat outside (108 degrees) and the sweltering attic with professionalism and calmness. Despite the challenging conditions, they were always polite and kept their cool. The job was done flawlessly, and Tim himself was fantastic—responsive and attentive even with his busy schedule. I highly recommend Tim Strout and his outstanding team. They definitely deserve 5++ stars!

Tim and his son came out the same day I called to look at our non-working ac unit. They were able to fix it within 5 minutes! Tim was very personable and told me he'd come back out the next day if it stopped working again for some reason. From now on, local family businesses are the way to go for us!
