So far, my experience has been great.
3 months in and this has been the best thing I’ve ever done. I can’t recommend Angela enough. I sometimes stand for my job for 7 hours. After work, my feet and hips don’t hurt anymore. My recovery time has also improved. The monthly cost is an investment in my future mobility. Priceless!

I can't say enough positive things about StretchWerks and specifically, Jeremy. Jeremy is fantastic, and I always look forward to our weekly stretch session! He tailors each session to what is going on with my body so I get the most benefit. He is well-trained and versed in nutrition, exercise, and just about anything else you ask him! I highly recommend signing up for a session with him - you'll be hooked! I promise.

When I started at Stretchwerks my goal was to decrease back and neck pain from “tech neck” and scoliosis, improve overall posture, and get some overall relief. It’s important learning how to stretch the body properly and they take videos of you doing the actual stretches, so you have reference at home for daily routine. While I did see relatively quick results (as I experience constant discomfort) i thought I would just do the 3 month recommended program with weekly sessions. I am now in month 5 of going to Stretchwerks and I look forward to it every week. The atmosphere / vibe is great, and it’s very clean. I highly recommend giving this place a shot. And they provide a FREE 55 minute consultation!!!

I’ve been seeing the folks at Stretchwerks for a year and it’s been so instrumental in my health and ongoing preservation of flexibility, mobility, and joint health. I highly recommend Drew at the Highland Park location. He is so knowledgeable and really tailors each session to my needs. I'm a runner and not always great about getting enough stretching in. When I leave after a session with Drew, I feel amazing.

I have been going to drew for about a year and he knows his stuff and does a great job. There have been times when my back was in really bad shape and he was able to provide relief and help me get back to where I need to be. Highly recommend Drew and stretch werks. A hidden gem. I first noticed the store front during covid. I thought they wont make it. To my delight they have and I am grateful for what they have done for me. One of the owners Joe Faber has been super supportive and Drew (my therapist) has the ability to hear and sense what is stuck in the body. If your body is stuck in pain you will find release and relief here. Thank you stretchwerks
