The 2 gentlemen who tagged teamed my oil change Did amazing. I had a couple issues with my ride and they not only told me about them, but allowed me to get out and they physically showed me that Yes I do have an issue. I appreciate That, as opposed to just not saying anything, only doing oil change and kicking me out of there. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

They were SUPER helpful and kind. I can’t believe I forgot the young man’s name Thant helped me but he was amazing. He did not get frustrated with me for asking questions and he knew his stuff. Also, 10 minutes means 10 minutes. Seriously an oil change in 10 minutes is like a thing of the past. You’ve got yourself a new forever customer Strickland Brothers!

Not very happy with Strickland Bros as a whole. The tech who worked on my car was very nice but the management team needs a lot of work. After being overcharged last visit, for a $20 service I didn't have, they refused to refund my money and told me I'd get $20 off my next visit. I went back today and they didn't want to honor a coupon, telling me I couldn't "stack" coupons. The $20 was a credit, not a coupon. I had to argue with a manager over the phone to get them to give me the coupon and my $20 credit. I did try to talk with someone in Corp when this first happened and no one ever got back to me. Very poor service. Not going back.

Honest and friendly. Adrian checked my car cabin filter and told me I did NOT yet need a new one, so he did not try to up sell me with something I did not need. That is a big wow! Had a $25 off coupon they had emailed me which paid for a new engine air filter which I did need. Will continue to come here even though it is a bit of a drive for me. Really appreciate the honesty.

I came in today for my first experience with Strickland brothers. I know there’s a lot of 5 star reviews out there, but I have to share my experience. The workers were very nice and polite. The guys up top did a good job checking the fluids and filling it up with oil. Unfortunately the guy that drained my oil did not do a good job cleaning up. There is a small metal plate with 2 screws you need to takeoff under the the oil filter. They didn’t remove the plate and oil was dripping from it. They loosened the filter from the top and probably dropped it or handed it to the guy under the truck. One hour after I got home the oil was dripping on my driveway that I seal coated this summer. When I go to Ford I never have oil on my driveway. Not happy with my experience. It cost $75 with a discount and Ford is under $70 with no discount and I get the tires rotated.

Strickland brothers left a reply after I left my review. I tried to call them as they asked, and no one answered and the mailbox was full. I’m dropping my review to 2 stars due to lack of customer service after there reply.

Ant and Danny were amazing when I came for an oil change at the Hickory Hills Strickland Brothers. Ant was very helpful in giving me opinions on how to make my car run better. 3 weeks ago I had a low tire and the 2 gentlemen there filled my tire and checked the other ones for me. They were really nice guys. That brought me back today for my oil change. I had an excellent experience getting my oil changed, and my technician AM was very professional and really knows his profession. Today was my 1rst oil change at Strickland Brothers in Hickory Hills and I will only take my car here from now on.
The receipt only gave the initials AM and DJ.
Very great service.
