Working with STS Electronic Recycling was an honest blessing for us. We had scoured the region for affordable e-waste recycling, and stumbled upon STS who at the time of this review, did free pickup of all of our devices that were no longer considered "sensitive". It turned a large scale project into a prompt 1 day service. Would use them more if they had locations outside of the Austin / Texas region. Thank you.

Super fast and easy to dispose of all of the old electronics when we moved our office. I set a date and time to have the truck show up and the actually cam the day before, super handy for my schedule. The guy boxed and wrapped all of the stuff, even some things not on the original list. That was a big help. I will definitely call them when we have more to dispose of.

I reached out to STS Electronic Recycling to dispose of a few laptops. They said I needed to come up with a pallet's worth of electronics. Turns out it wasn't hard to do at all. I asked a few people if they wanted to participate in a recycle round up. As you can see by the pictures everyone wanted to participate. I called STS when I was done and they arrived the next time they were in my area and hauled all away. Easy.

Great service. Driver was very polite and got everything loaded even though it started to rain. He was very professional and they helped us out tremendously by taking all the old computer equipment and cables. Customer service and process was easy and they processed the request with no issues. Would highly recommend if you have computer equipment to recycle to give them a call before anyone else.

The driver was in my area the day prior to my pick up and offered to pick up my items a day prior. The gentlemen that picked up were very courteous and effecient. the packed and picked up my items very quickly and were gone very fast as to not interrupt my business.
