I'm not sure what kind of review a person could give for a homeowners association. They keep the area clean they keep the lights functioning they keep the pool going and they keep the ponds clear of junk and garbage and the playgrounds safe. And they're the basketball courts in the tennis courts so there's plenty of recreational things for older people as well as the younger people. They tried to have community events from time to time. I kind of wish that our association with which is within Sugarland run Association was a little bit more involved. For the 25 years I've lived here we never have been. We've always been sort of the forgotten children of the area. At the same time we've never really reached out and ask to be included am I guess sometimes I think we should have. But considering how long we've lived here are association fees have never gone up too terribly much and especially in regards to other areas who charge a whole lot more so I think they do a good job.

I hold meetings here for one of my Associations within the Sugarland Run HOA. The location is nice and free to reserve a meeting space. I do find it very annoying that I have to go every time they have a meeting during the day to fill out a form and pickup the key. I wish there was a better way to go about doing this as it is a time killer to have to drive to the same place twice in one day.
