Just had another delicious dinner here at Jamesons in Del Webb. Tonight, however, we had one of the best servers we’ve ever had!
Lynn was phenomenal! Her service was unbelievable!
She knew what to recommend and brought us what we needed as soon as we asked, gave us boxes right away and recommended a delicious sauce that went wonderful with my Seabass! Definitely request her!

Beware the HOA is run by old people who, to put it kindly, are a little overbearing. Nice place to live but you pay for it. Plus when you go to sell you can't put a sign out. With the internet that's not a big deal. The other thing is don't expect to have an estate sale because the good salespeople won't work there. You get no signage and the reasonably priced estate sale people won't work here. The one we found who would do it was more expensive than she was worth. We lost $10,000 because we couldn't do a sale and you pay to have it hauled away. The narrow-minded, inflexible HOA biddies are the issue. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are fine but this is a place for people with more money than sense. You want a laugh look at how they deal with fencing on your property.

went to the business show today 4/4/2024 when i left and was driving on Del Web Bvd between lodge and rt 47 i hit a pot hole that i cant believe you people leave, i was inside lane, i will need a alignment and maybe a tire. This is a big hole but other vehicles were next to me and i couldnt swerve to avoid. I thought you take care of things like this but guess not, i would like a answer

Nice place. Lot's to do I don't get the high home prices and dues. But, like our realtor said as long as people pay it, they will charge it. For homes that is. Dues in my friends case were more than taxes were. But, each to their own. And you pay extra for some of those activities. They lead you to believe it's included. Just a heads up.. it is nice. If you can do it. Heads up they said it's a hot market it's not it's normal. People move into homes or pass on. The market is regular in that respect they justify over priced houses. Also in case of tornadoes where do you go for safety?
