Updated with more info after Owner Reply: Extremely disappointed and wish I could undo my decision to purchase panels through them. I signed up for Sunpower through a Sun n us sales person. It was a great leading up to my installation, super quick and friendly communication, and big on promises "someone you can trust". After it was all said and done, I am ghosted (was essentially told "oh well" by the sales person and my inquiry to Sun n Us was ignored. Promises that were part of my install (that were on the Sun n us side, with clear emails to prove) were not kept. They work through deception and then ghost you once it’s too late. Avoid them.

Rebecca and her team became our hero's. After three days of being transferred several times and no one able to help, Rebecca took control of the situation for us even though it was not part of her job. After dealing with Wren Vogels team who had no idea who installed our unit, Rebecca stepped upto help us. We were having siding done and after repeating this message throughout the installation we were told NO problem, just call us to remove and when job is complete we will come back to re install. No such luck. We were transferred so many times and then transferred to Rebecca who said even though this was not her job description she would try to help us. Which her and her team did. Can't thank them enough for stepping up and helping us thru this ordeal. Way to go Rebecca and team for ever our hero's.

As of today, we have gone through the installation portion of having panels put on our home and I must say it has been a breeze so far. We did some research on which panels we thought were the best for us and thankfully Sun N Us represented that brand. With Joe, Tyler and Dianna’s attention to customer service I always felt that I was in the loop every step of the way. They took care of all the permitting, even getting our HOA to approve it, and I barely had to do anything. Their installation crew was by far the best we’ve ever worked with, so efficient, polite and quick. We’ve had a lot of work done on our house over the past two years, and we’ve seen crews come and go, but this group was elite. Tomorrow will be the inspection and then soon thereafter we can flip the lever to “on” for solar. Thank you Sun N Us for a great experience.

My first sales appointment was a no call no show. I gave them another shot cause stuff happens. The sales guy was great and informative. I signed a deal. Then they didn’t show for the site survey. They called later to reschedule. Then they didn’t show up Again. They missed 75% of our appointments then I canceled obviously. Then they called to offer me a 150 dollar gift certificate after I took off work costing me 700 bucks. I declined.

I’ve had Solar Panels through Sunpower and Sun N Us since March of 2019. The process was smooth and I enjoy having a $16 Comed bill. Sun N Us is responsive when there is an issue and sticks with you until the issue is resolved. Definitely a recommend
