Sun Services has unfortunately left Nevada and we were never notified. The only way that I found out was when I needed support from them which they didn't provide initially. If you're not in Arizona and there's a Sun Services near you, I would recommend avoiding them as they have not done right by me and most likely won't do right by you if they leave your state.

Though I will acknowledge, the CEO made a decision to do one last trip to Nevada and fixed our main issue. Bird netting issue is still a problem and wasn't done properly the first time and hasn't been resolved yet unfortunately. I can clearly tell that the CEO has integrity as he sent his employees out to Nevada this one time, and hope that him and his company will do right by use one more time by fully resolving our bird netting issue.

My current issue with them is bird netting was a part of our contract. However, they sent over someone who was an amateur that barely got the job done. I was misled to believe that he did a full job due to pictures that this contractor sent to myself. Upon further inspection from pest control services, the image speaks for themselves. Not only did this contractor did an incomplete job on this particular panel, but he didn't install full coverage on the other panels either.

I'm honestly really surprised that Sun Services would stake their reputation on partnering with a bird netting installation company that would do such shoddy work and who would also only send out one employee that clearly had no idea what he was doing.

If you got bird netting done by Arizona Sun Services in the past few years, I would fly a drone up to your panels to see if the work was done properly.

In trying to reach a resolution, I've called Sun Services number but it always goes straight to voicemail. I've left messages, emails, but response times are generally slow.

I am so grateful to Sun Services for coming to my rescue with my solar power inverter. I saw my electric bill go way up. The company that installed my solar went out of business. Sun Services stepped in and fixed my system in one visit. They then followed up to let my know I could count on them going forward. Thank you Sun Services.

Sun Services USA has amazing customer services. We bought our solar through them in 2018 and any time we needed anything, they were very helpful. Our solar stopped producing, we called them, they diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered an inverter as that went out, and installed it the day it came in. They were in communication with us the whole time. Thank you Sun Services!!

I was given their name by SRP. They responded quickly to my inquiry and were competitive with the other bid I got, and could handle the EV charger install too. Excellent communications throughout the process and professional through every step of the installation and activation of my system.

Terrible company, I have been trying to get ahold of someone for the past 2 weeks in regards to 1 of my panels that is damaged and they will not return my phone call. Their phones go straight to voicemail and they don't even respond to emails!!

EDIT: to the OWNER who responded- the account is under my Hubands name, but it's funny because now your phone number says its disconnected! shame on you for not even returning emails or phones calls to your customers who PAY/PAID for your services. If you would respond to your customers phone calls or emails as fast as you respond to your google reviews, you would know it's my husband's name you should be looking for!!!

I unexpectedly needed my electric panel changed. Sun Services was referred to me. George called me the same day and had Mark pass by the same day. Mark checked the panel and switched some stuff around to make sure we were safe. He did not charge me and at that point, I had not decided if we were going to change the panel. We ultimately decided to change the panel and they gave us a great price. Mark and George completed the job sooner than expected and were very nice and professional.

None of their phone numbers work and when we email the staff who worked on our install, the emails bounce back. No response to our online request either.

It doesn't get better after installation is done. Adding more to my experience... my system stopped working, and it took over a month to get it up and running again. I was regularly ignored when I would send requests into customer service. When I signed up for the system the salesman mentioned 90% effectiveness guaranteed. When I don't have service for a full month, I can guarantee I wont get 90% effective this month, and likely not this year. I now have a full electric bill and a solar loan payment for the system. If you are considering using Sun Services I would recommend against it. I realize technology can have issues, but waiting over a month to get this corrected is excessive.

I am nearly 3 months into the install process, and still not getting solar power. They failed county inspection twice and electric company inspection once. Finally all inspections passed and I was producing solar power for about 3 days, then the system started failing. I tried reaching out to the project manager and the salesman, no one responds back. I reached out to customer service, who responded, but they still haven't corrected the system. I am still paying for electric from the electric company, and I am about to make the 2nd payment for the the solar system. Solar was supposed to save me money, but I am paying more than ever. I would not recommend sun services.

Adding a new entry to this review. My system was turned on in late August. Not only did the install take longer than expected, there was an issue just a few days after turning the system on, which took weeks to correct. Since that time my system was operational for a few weeks. I now have another issue which is preventing my system from generating solar power. This is a second issue within the first few months of the system being 'operational'. I stand by my initial review that Sun Services is not someone I would recommend.
