We went in with little hope to leave with a truck that we wanted and a payment we could afford. Rex was so patient throughout the entire process, and made things fun and stress free. Everyone that we spoke too genuinely seemed like they wanted us to leave happy and went above and beyond. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever be going to another dealership. Not only was everyone so attentive the dealership was clean and inviting. We left with a beautiful truck and was provided great advisement from finance for our next vehicle when ready. I couldn’t be more happy with our decision. No regrets at all. Rex was a huge positive influence on our decision from the beginning to the end. Real and Down to earth. On the day I came in I was greeted by a knowledgeable and kind employee named Victor. He helped me figure out the best car for me. I went on a few test drives and before I knew it I got my Mazda 6 Sport. I am beyond happy with my shopping experience.
I went to many...many.. dealerships in Florida and let me tell you this is the ONLY place to go. Ask for Victor!

So far so good, Mike was extremely personable and professional, sun Toyota was able to work with me to fit my budget as best they could. Felt like the deal was very fair on both ends. Jose in finances was moving as quickly as possible to get me on the road. Thank you!

EDIT: URGING anyone who goes in to review your contract carefully, after discovering additional unauthorized charges to my bill I was back and forth trying to contact someone for over a week to finally get the okay they would be refunding me $2500 for ‘ceramic tint’ and ‘floor mats’ that was never discussed with me and agreed upon, it looks like this is common practice for this dealership to hide added fees and fraudulent charges on there. I am still waiting for a refund to hit my loan account and am worried it will never actually come, please PLEASE check carefully before signing.
