Sun Valley was an easy company to work with. Insolation was quick and the installers were friendly and clean. After the installation, you wouldn't know anyone had been there. Clean up was good. I am going to require 5 more panels as the 15 wasn't enough when running my AC as there is a draw and no sell back with AC running. Otherwise my electric bill is great $7.50 this month.

I hired Sun Valley Solar to install my 33 panels 10 years ago.
They coordinated everything perfectly and everything was on time and at budget. They have saved me thousands.
Based on that experience I hired them to install a Tesla Power-wall battery backup system, and I have experienced the same level of commitment and professionalism.
The system is now installed and I am almost 100% off-grid and love it.

Highly recommend Sun Valley Solar, from the start our sales rep was knowledgeable and very honest about different options available and the corresponding pricing with no pressure. We did a lot of research before we contacted them and couldn’t be happier about our choice. Their whole team from project manager to the installers were very professional. We added a battery system with our panels so this was a big decision financially and Sun Valley Solar made it a great decision.

80 panel ground mount system designed and installed 7 years ago has performed flawlessly with only 2 days without power! Have not seen any degradation of yearly production of 44 thousand kWh. Most companies wouldn’t even quote a ground installation. Our system constantly overproduces more power than we use so we added a casita and a pool heat pump and still sold surplus power to the grid. Glad we used Sun Valley as the other companies that quoted our system are out of business.

I strongly advise against using Sun Valley Solar Solutions. Not only did they fail to install the solar panels correctly, but they also refused to honor the warranty when problems arose. When our roof started leaking, they conveniently blamed the issue on our roof being "installed incorrectly" and claimed we needed a new one—even though our roof is only 9 years old and in otherwise great condition.

Their lack of accountability and refusal to stand by their work is unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust this company, and I hope others think twice before giving them their business.

This is the worst Company to deal with. I have had nothing but problems with them since the onset of the installation of my Solar. Of late one of my micro inverters fell off from the panel. They sent a tech out which I paid $260.00 to fix. He strapped it back in place with plastic straps rather than gluing it as it should have been. I held back on paying them. After talking to Alex he said if I paid the bill they would now send someone out to fix it correctly. Well I paid the bill, e mailed and text Alex numerous times and sent them and no response. Now I’ll send turn them into the BBB and any other organization for me to get what I was promised. Never hire this company!!!!!!

This Company has taken over PE Solar which was the Company that installed my Solar. I had a panel go bad and I have been dealing with them since Nov. to take care of a warranty on the panel. They first blamed the defect on a storm in Florida, after paying them $260.00 for the second tech to come out and look at it, sure enough it was a manufacturing issue. They will not refund my $260.00 which I should have never paid as the faulty panel was their responsibility. So now that we have a panel, 6 months later, I ask how many more panels my existing system can hold. I wait two weeks for a price for three more panels. They tell me all said and done $2178 00. That was over a month ago. Now the person I was working with is no longer in that position so they throw me to someone here in Tampa, who never calls me just sends text messages. She now gives me a quote for the three panels at an additional cost of $700.00, over the quote I initially got. Saying the first quote did not include the micro inverters. Oh it gets better. Now I get a call from Amy in Arizona who tells me the price includes the design center doing projection for three panels that will actually sit right next to my exiting system. . I finally agree to the $2,891.00. Great they will send an e sign contract and I need to pay a deposit of $1900.00. I get the paper work today and it says this is an estimate not a price, that when they are here I may be charged more for unforeseen problems. Why would I sign that? They were totally unwilling to work with me as to that being the priceI would pay. I am waiting now, for an appointment for the warranty panel only. They obviously do not care about future business with me as an existing client. I own and run a business and this is some of the shadiest business practices I’ve had pulled on me. Whoever the President and CEO, of this Company is they better take a REALLY GOOD look at the business practices for customers. I am beyond frustrated and aggravated by the numerous issues I have had to deal with with this Company. My recommendation…. FIND A REPUTABLE SOLAR COMPANY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. SOLAR IS FAR TOO EXPENSIVE FOR YOU TO HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS KIND OF NONSENSE. CLAUDIA Schlimgen.
