Great product, great service, friendly and available. Panels were installed a few weeks earlier than expected - a very nice surprise. The job took one day. Anytime I called I either was able to speak with someone right away or with that day. All my questions were answered, the staff did a great job of explaining the process and time frames for each stage, i.e. city permitting, power company meter installation, etc. These panels might be some of the best for the money on the market. We are very happy with the system and our choice to go solar. Thanks Custom Energy! So glad you guys are servicing the So. Utah area.

The Custom Energy team was right on top of my project from Start to Finish. When I asked a question, I usually got a quick answer within the hour. The sales process was pleasant with no surprises. The process was well managed and expedited with my HOA, the city building department and the utility. The installation was quick and professional. There was no mess to cleanup. I have not had the system very long but both Custom Energy and SunPower have great reputations and with the 25 years warranty I am enjoying a lot of peace of mind.

When we moved here in 2020 our first call was to set up our utilities. Our second call was to Custom Solar.
In our previous home we had a PV Solar system installed. We couldn't afford a SunPower system at that time. Times change, and SunPower is now very affordable. We installed our system in 2 parts. 7.3 kilowatts in 2020 and then another 1 4 kilowatts in 2021 (to cover our charging needs for a new plug in hybrid car).
In both instances Custom Solar responded to our request in a timely manner and provided great prices.they showed up and completed the installation without any problems and left everything nice and tidy.
I recommend that anyone looking at a PV system to use Custom Solar and go with a SunPower system

Custom Electric did a great job with my solar install. The entire process was smooth and easy. The system is performing perfectly and I am going to be adding a battery backup with them in the next few months. They even assisted in getting my Utah tax credit form which is essential to get your credit when completing your state taxes. My accountant said very few installers do this. I highly recommend Custom Electric.

They gave me a good price upfront. I had another company that came in much higher but quality of system was similar. I told the higher company about SunPower a bid and so they came back with a price to try to beat SunPower. This other company told me they were going to lose money to match SunPower but were willing to still do it to gain more presence in my area. I decided to stay with SunPower since they had given me a great price upfront. They came when they said they would. Installation went great and I’m a happy customer
